BUFFALO, NY - The Buffalo Animal Shelter and SPCA officials have seized numerous animals from a building on Fillmore Avenue.
Five dogs, five chickens and more than a dozen cats are being removed.
Four of the dogs and the chickens are being taken to the animal shelter. One of the dogs was taken to the vet for treatment.
The SPCA removed 10 cats.
Officials say James R. Hinman, 71, lived with the animals on the second floor of the building.
