A warrant was executed Friday, at a home on West 54th Street near Yorkshire for deplorable conditions.
Animal control officials from Berea, Parma, and Independence were on scene along with the Parma Fire Department serving a Housing Department warrant around 10 a.m. when the animal discovery came.
Once inside, officials agree saying the home was unlivable. Investigators discovered more than 300 animals; including 33 dogs and six cats, 250 birds, 16 rabbits and 30 quail.
The owner, Delores Buckley, was cited on the spot.
