PHILADELPHIA - Animal welfare experts Wednesday rescued more than a hundred cats from a Montgomery County woman's home.
Some of the cats were adopted, some rescued, some bought.
Just Monday, the SPCS rescued 16 animals from a Grays Ferry home.
These are just two of the most recent cases of what investigators call 'animal hoarding'.
