New Zealand -- He calls himself a greenie, while his neighbours say he is living in a toxic rubbish dump and his property is a health and fire hazard. On Monday, armed with a court order, a digger and a tow truck, the council finally moved in to clean up.
The Nelson property owner and Jeff Gill still thinks his property was just fine. But an Enviroment Court judge saw it differently and ordered him to clean up. When he didn't meet the deadline, the council moved in.
