Seventeen Abandoned Animals Seized From Local Residence

Criminal charges could be filed against the owner of 17 animals seized Tuesday from a Waco residence where they were found in what police described as bad conditions without food or water.


Police and animal control officers executed a warrant Tuesday at the home at 4648 Wood Ave. in Waco after an investigation that started following a complaint about “numerous animals being abandoned at this home,” police said Wednesday.
