Thirty-seven more had to be euthanized and many of the rest of them were underfed or ill.The local health department said the owner of the animals, Donnie Cannon, has been issued a citation.Police said Cannon had an auction service and he would acquire the animals for resale.Crawford said this incident isn't the first time there's been a complaint about Cannon..."
