AURORA, Colo. -- Fifteen cats -- two of them dead -- were seized from an Aurora home Thursday morning after neighbors tipped animal control officers to a possible case of animal hoarding.
Animal control officers set up traps outside the home on Wednesday after receiving a complaint from a resident in the Seven Hills subdivision about the stench emanating from the home, said Aurora city spokeswoman Julie Patterson.
